Colin and Lyn also formed Check 2 Country Show Band for the Country Carna Show which they run on the fourth Sunday of each month, at the Lismore Workers Club, and also as the backing band at the Ballina Country Music Club, several times a year.

Country Carna is a country variety show, with Check 2 Country Band, and special guest artists each month.

The band consists of Colin Johnston and Lyn Golding, Vocals, Harmonies, and Rhythm Guitars, John Rainbird, Lead Electric Guitar, Jim Andrews, Lead Electric Guitar and Keyboard, Brian Smith, Bass, and Dick McCoy on Drums.
